1. General Provisions

wnibd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online casino and betting service provider operating primarily for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally enforceable agreement between wnibd and its users.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. wnibd will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with a third party.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any information provided at registration changes, update it immediately through our support. wnibd will not be liable for any withdrawal issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at wnibd is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable to each payment method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly or within a short time.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Depositing via third-party accounts or credit cards is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (where possible).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

wnibd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount).

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

The wnibd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular active gaming. wnibd reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP benefits at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on wnibd are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi). Each game is operated according to the rules of the relevant provider.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are impartial and cannot be altered by any party.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, a decision will be made based on system logs. In such circumstances, the decision of wnibd will be considered final.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.), the dealer's announcement and the result captured on camera are final. If there is a dispute regarding a result due to an audio or video issue, the video recording will be reviewed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnibd platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to alter game results or trying to hack the system.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information.
• Conducting financial transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing or intimidating other players or staff.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

wnibd reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspected money laundering or a request from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Withdraw any applicable funds before closing the account. While self-exclusion is active, no transactions other than withdrawals are possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

wnibd provides its services on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
